We all set the best intentions come the New Year yet we find ourselves struggling to stick with these intentions because we have not prepared ourselves in advance for true change!

Get ready to welcome 2019 and join us for a 3-night retreat in the gorgeous hills of Northern Thailand. We will be hosting you at the luxurious Mala Dhara Eco Resort. The resort features a saltwater pool, steam sauna with natural edible scrubs, and delightful organic vegan cuisine, much of which is grown right onsite! 

We will strengthen our New Year intentions with 6 yoga classes and journaling activities geared towards awareness, appreciation and forward thinking.

You'll leave these four days feeling nourished and inspired, completely ready for the New Year ahead!
