Day 1

  • Arrive in New Delhi
  • 4:00 - 5:30 / Cooking class
  • 6:00 - 7:15 / Grounding yoga flow
  • 7:45 / Rooftop dinner

Day 3

  • 7:30 - 8:00 / Detoxing yoga flow
  • 8:00 / Breakfast
  • 9:30 - 2:30 / Explore the Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its architectural beauty
  • 2:30 - 4:30 / Local lunch
  • 6:00 - 7:00 / Restorative yoga
  • 7:30 / Group dinner at one of our favorite restaurants

Day 2

  • 6:30 / Tour the city by bicycle
  • 10:00 - 12:00 / Journey to Jaipur 
  • 12:00 - 6:00 / Free time
  • 6:00 / Arrive in Jaipur and enjoy dinner at the hotel

Day 4

  • 6:30 - 7:30 / Dynamic Vinyasa flow and journaling
  • 7:30 / Breakfast
  • 8:00 / Depart for school
  • 9:00 - 1:00 / Meet the students we work with and spend our first afternoon volunteering
  • 1:00  / Depart for guided tour of the City Palace, Jantra Mantra and Albert Hall
  • 6:00 / Visit in-country coordinator's house for a session about India's schools and politics
  • Dinner back at the hotel

Day 5

  • 6:30 - 7:30 / Heart opening yoga
  • 7:30 / Breakfast
  • 8:00 / Depart for school
  • 9:00 - 1:00 / Volunteer at the school
  • 1:30 / Lunch back at the hotel
  • 2:30 - 6:00 / Personalized Ayurvedic consultations and massages
  • Dinner at your leisure

Day 7

  • 6:30 - 8:00 / Yin yoga and meditation
  • 8:00 / Breakfast
  • 8:30 / Depart for school
  • 9:00 - 1:00 / Volunteer at the school
  • 1:30 / Block printing and paper making workshop
  • 5:00 - 6:00 / Yoga and journaling
  • Group dinner
  • Day 9

  • 8:00 - 9:30 / 108 Sun Salutations
  • 9:30 - 10:30 / Brunch
  • 11:30 - 3:30 / Depart for Palace of the Waters and meet the school children for a field trip
  • 4:00 / Return to the hotel; free time
  • 6:30 / Group dinner with traditional southern food

Day 6

  • 6:30 - 7:30 /  Kundalini yoga
  • 7:30 / Breakfast
  • 8:00 / Depart for school
  • 9:00 - 1:00 / Volunteer at the school
  • 1:00 / Depart for Hawa Mahal - the "Palace of the Winds"
  • 6:00 - 7:00 / Goal setting workshop
  • 7:30 / Group dinner at a local restaurant 

Day 8

  • 6:30 - 7:30 / Yoga flow and journaling
  • 7:30 / Breakfast
  • 8:00 / Depart for school
  • 9:00 - 1:00 / Volunteer at the school
  • 1:30 / Shopping and lunch at a local market
  • 3:00 / Monkey Palace tour
  • 7:00 / Group dinner on the rooftop

Day 10

  • 8:00 - 9:30 / Cultivating compassion yoga, journaling and meditation
  • 9:30 - 10:30 / Breakfast
  • 11:00 / Depart for New Delhi
  • 2:30 / Arrive back in New Delhi and depart on our own separate journeys...onto the next adventure!
